we are testting PVC four pipe production line today. This PVC four pipe production line main used for producing 16~32mm PVC electric conduit pipes. With 4-cavity extrusion, it can largely increase the output of small pipe production.
The main extruder adopt SJZ65/132 model and the feeding system adopt double screw feeder; the mould is four cavity extrusion mould for 16~32mm pipes; the vacuum cooling system has four vacuum cooling chamber; the haul-off and cutting unit adopt two caterpillar haul-ff and no-dust cutter.
With 4-cavity extrusion, the max production speed for this line could be around 25meter per minute.
